I question my being a mother all the time and how many times I mess up. A

LOT!! I was praying to God about that this morning. How I feel I’ve messed my kids up and still doing it. Reading through the medical records I know is heartbreaking. The mistakes the doctors made. There’s always a question, what if, that will drive you to anger. I’m praying for.

I can only imagine how hard it is to go through those records. I pray you find peace. Her mistakes in that area of life are akin to the mistakes the vast majority of us made - I am sure you did the best you could to guide her but that was an area she needed to navigate in her own time. She is at peace where she is and she wants you to find peace and live your life, with happiness alongside the grief of not having her in this life with you.

All of us often look at the choices our kids are making and we have to shudder. When they are adults, there is absolutely nothing we can do except pray them. I’m positive you did everything you could possibly do to encourage Morgan to make better choices.

As a side note, our final grandchild will be delivered on 9-11. Her name is Elizabeth Grace. I can’t wait to see her. God is on His throne and completely in control.

I think it’s very sweet that you were willing to welcome this man and to your family and be a light to him. Maybe the Lord want you to pray for him the rest of your life. He was very blessed to come into your family’s influence.

I’m sure you already planted a seed in his heart with the testimony of your life, and we can also pray others water. I love that scripture where Paul says “I planted, Apol’los watered, and God gave the growth” 1Cor 3:6
