I ate a horrible Buckee's kolache while driving 7hrs. to the border for a suppression hearing. Your diet puts mine to shame!!

Well what I didn't do was list out all the junk I ate Friday-Sunday, and eating those chocolate covered bananas at the end had me feeling gross, but you are right, it didn't seem so bad once I listed it all out. Let's both (all) see what today has in store. Good luck!

I'm like you, kind of grazing ALL day long. I recently read that fasting isn't really as important as some say. Just eat healthy and go with that. Our bodies don't need to 'be deprived' to get rid of bad cells. If you eat, sleep, and wake, you've fasted...that's why they call it breakfast...lol

I recently read that new info as well but I have felt the best (no fatigue during the day) once I started it. As long as I don't bring bad food into the house at all, I can do pretty good.

I do interment fasting as well. I drink water all day until I break the fast. I usually only eat one meal a day. I think my grandmother that lived to 105 got it right. She cooked breakfast and dinner. Dinner was lunch. Supper was sweet milk and cornbread from dinner. I often overthink many things. I think we should all relax and live the life God granted us. I feel a strange connection to you be because I had so much family and wonderful memories in Huntsville. I watch The Walton’s to quiet my mind. It works.

I can't seem to drink water all day and I know it's very good for you. I usually do two cups of black coffee in the morning, one caf one decaf. Sometimes I'll drink tea during the day. I rely on the Aldi brand of La Croix flavored sparkling water as well. I will probably end up tuning into The Walton's once I'm done with Family Affair. Where do you live now?

I was born and raised in East Texas. My mom’s family moved here when she was 12. Most of her aunts and cousins lived in Huntsville so we were there every summer. I’m sure I wouldn’t even recognize it now.
