Hi, writing down your thoughts and sharing them is very therapeutic. You're doing the right things to heal. Im sorry your case was closed. I wish that you were able to take it to a higher court if at all possible.

I really enjoy reading Jhkunstler Substack as well as listening to his occasional podcasts. Perhaps you could do a podcast sharing your experience with others who have faced a similar loss. Keep blogging!

I came upon your Substack after you liked a comment of mine in Kunstler's Substack. I'm so very sorry for the loss of your beloved Morgan. There are really are no words...

What happened to Morgan? She was so young and vital.

Hi. Isn't Kuntsler such a great writer? She made a stupid mistake which put her in the hospital and through medical negligence and the standard of care in Alabama, they killed her. Case fell through a few months ago, unfortunately. Everything is designed to keep the doctors out of trouble. It's a huge loss that we have to live with every day.

I didn't read this post when it initially came out, but I was thinking of you and Mo, D, C & D (12/2008) and T& D (12/2023) this morning, so I wanted to read it. I will remember Mo on 12/23 and celebrate her at Chipotle in the days that follow. And I will remember you and your family in the coming weeks. Enjoy your time in Nashville, spending time with your son. And The Rebel's Hike is packed away in my vacation bag to be read.... I'll be on hiatus for about two weeks, trying to stay off the computer, spending time with my three and hopefully restoring the habit of reading physical books in full. If you can drop a prayer for my friend C - last year D was in the hospital at Christmas, this year C will be, and this is always a hard time for them because their son D died in December 2008. And also for T - they just had a beautiful celebration of the first anniversary of D's death and he told me that faith is helping them through it. I told him about your substack (and The Rebel's Hike) and will be sending a link. Merry Christmas, my friend. God be with you.

Hi. If you remember to, will you take a pic enjoying Chipotle in memory of Mo and send to therebelshike@proton.me? I don't think the pics that come through messages download correctly. Thank you!

Hi Noelle. I am so blessed that you are part of this journey. Thank you for all that you have done and still do to encourage me. You are special! Of course I will add all of those you have named to my prayers. I am truly looking forward to your review of The Rebel's Hike, and I hope you have some great needed down time with your family. Merry Christmas.

Shared Post 288 because my friend spontaneously mentioned how their child makes themselves known....i.e., Godwinks! I intend to gift a Chipotle gift card to my friend D - who will be near Chipotle while visiting her husband C in hospital - on Dec 23. And I will tell her about Mo, just like I've told you about their son D. It is likely that it will be after Christmas that we make it to Chipotle but yes on picture!

Thank you! I am curious to see if Mo or whatever this is makes this stuff happen as much in 2025 as this year. 2023 there was only 1 odd thing. This year, guessing around 20-30!

I'm not posting this as a new post, but something weird did just happen with one of the pictures. Both are tipped against the wall as previously, and I even recorded myself blowing on them to show they don't move easily. I just left the office to brush my teeth, and noticed when I came back in that the one nearest the door was tipped away from the wall toward the desk against this little basket I'd placed in front of it. I should have taken a new picture but instead I tried to make it do that from blowing from behind (basically standing in the doorway) and it didn't do it. Wow. May be a fun month! Thank you for suggesting it again. I guess I put them away because between the voter card, the feather, and the little vase, I knew it was all real finally, but it's nice to "interact" again.

Hi IvyRose! I had put them away, but I think I'll get them out again and see what happens. There haven't been any otherworldly thing in a couple months now.

I just searched "Valentine's Day" on Instacart and cried when I saw I was not the only one who just wants to live through Christmas and move on.

I bought a Valentine's Cupcake dog toy :)

I will Honor your daughter on the 23rd, my friend! Take Care.
