Saw your comment on Peachy Keenan. You were fortunate to have a daughter you loved and who loved you in return. The grief is greater, but there is satisfaction in the conviction that you lived your lives as God intended.

We tried, but relationships are always somewhat difficult, especially with girls. Thank you and I hope to see you around here again!

Oh also I wanted to say I’m glad you got through the day and also tell you that you have a beautiful yard and I’m so glad you’re happy in your home and I’m so glad Morgan got to see it and loved it too.

Thanks, the yard needs a lot of work, but it's fun to add to it every year.

Your views are just gorgeous! Thinking of you today and always . I always enjoy listening to these types of podcasts. It’s nice to have extremely intelligent people confirm what we already know.

Thank you. Did you get to spend time with any of your kids today?

Actually no,none of my kids were home. I had a brunch for Todd’s side of the family. Hopefully someday I will live closer to them. They are pretty spread out at this point. Who knows what the future will bring. As long as we have the business, we are pretty stuck in Cincinnati.

Yep. I do think Katie is moving back in September, to figure out what exactly she wants to do and where she wants to go. Praying she will at least stay within a car trip distance, rather than a plane ride distance.

Beautiful views from your porch!! I had no idea there were mountains in Alabama.

I am learning how beautiful it is through your shares!! Thank you!!

Being from Ohio, I had always thought Alabama was a flat state as well: until first time going through -2014. The northern through mid-state, just south of Birmingham, it's quite mountainous and hilly with a lot of waterfalls.
