Hi everyone! This is an update to yesterday's post. Mid-day yesterday, I was given the information that the first tournament will be held in Cincinnati at Grand Sands on June 22nd. It’s really great news and I look forward to being there to watch people playing the sport she loved. John, the organizer, wanted three pictures of Mo to use for marketing, so with Emily's help, we picked these.

I also have the idea to see if the local humane society, Animal Friends, wants to bring some of their “residents” by for a couple hours as an adoption event. We could then donate 10% of the proceeds to them and the rest toward the scholarship. Mo really loved animals and would want that if it’s possible. The kitties she rescued in July of 2022, Shadow and Velma, brought her much comfort and humor. (These two were literally rescued from a street; not adopted, but she had volunteered at Animal Friends as a child and some of our own past pets were adopted.)
