It was a year ago today I posted the first I Can’t Imagine here on substack. It has been a journey of suffering and survival, but also one of hope and new or deepened relationships. God has supplied plenty of strength along the way, and even though I know this year will likely be a big and maybe scary rollercoaster, wandering into areas of the unknown, I enjoy writing and believe I will probably post weekly.
The YouVersion Bible app daily verse and my devotion I read this morning, both spoke to me so today that's all I’ll share.
I think of so many of you often, and that’s the part I’ll miss most about not writing as often. If you ever want to drop me a line, you can just comment on any post and I’ll get the notification and respond.
I think of you so often too and also the other posters that I have conversed with. This has been a very comfortable, loving, and edifying place to be especially when we gather here late at night or enjoy each other’s comments the next morning. I do hope you post regularly! You have truly been a teacher and role model in both suffering and in finding joy. I think back to a year ago when I first started reading your page, a few weeks after you started. Despite your tremendous loss, the glory that you give the Lord is a light I will recall for the rest of my life.
Awe, thanks!
