What books are you reading, or what books would you recommend? I mentioned before that I'm reading “Imagine Heaven” by John Burke. A few parts seemed a little repetitive, but I'm now 70% done (kindle tells me) and I really am enjoying it. He puts in scripture that shows where The Bible itself describes and validates what the NDErs report.
I think the Bible tells us everything we need to know to have a good life, a realistic life. It says it won't be all sunshine and roses no matter how much you love God. It also says it may end up being really hard someday if you do want to serve God, (if you live in a country that won't allow you to worship, without hassle, the One True God?) Like Paul? Like many martyrs?
But until you believe the real Truth of the Bible (you have eyes to see and ears to hear), you don't quite “get it.”. How do you get those eyes and ears? You ask.
I just started the book Imagine Heaven after your suggestion. I have not had time to read much of it yet, but am anxious to start!😊
I woke up to a dream with Morgan. Someone gave me an envelope with a check for 5000 and I think a ticket and they said Morgan sent this she couldn’t come. And I was confused I guess not putting it together that it was Mo. Then I saw Morgan behind her and I hugged her and said thank you and we miss you and I look forward to going with you for ice cream ! Her hair was down she looked beautiful that’s all I remember and I woke up. I think I was dreaming about my kids before that and after I just saw a code 9129. Interesting because our anniversary is 9/29 and I see 1 as God in the center of our marriage and It’s been a week of deep healing in my marriage! Praise God! This brings great encouragement sent from heaven!
It’s interesting considering the revival we’re hearing about in her generation. Seeing it in my kids, seeing it on campus. I’m connecting to that because 2/9/2019 (one day after asbury revival started this year) I had a long detailed dream of a “prodigal” coming home party like in Luke 15. Gods kids coming home to the Father. There were rings like in luke 15 that cost $5 (which biblically I believe 5 can point to grace and check was 5000 which is fun) in the dream I believe I was making cupcakes with the Lord and they weren’t ready yet and I had to go get the ice cream. Tons of young people coming home to God a lot more detail . . It’s just interesting but I totally believe Morgan and those in the cloud of witnesses are cheering us on and are instrumental in what happens here! We praise you Lord! Love you Joan! Headed to a women’s summit the next several days I’ll be praying!
