Mood today. Sad. But I'm Type A. Her larger things that didn't get sold in Birmingham at the end of January still needed to get sold. I made myself post her bed frame on Facebook marketplace. (Her account again) I thought I'd changed it to Huntsville, but the initial inquiries came in from Birmingham. As hubby likes to say, “operator error.”

Late this afternoon, hubby suggested we go out to one of our old favorite hangouts. This was a first for us since she passed. We'd gone out to dinner a couple times, but this was out to “have fun.”

Neither of us can believe that we are/were capable of this. Why???? How???

I got an inquiry from Huntsville about the bed frame late afternoon also. This person was willing to meet us at the hangout at 7:00. The transaction transpired perfectly.

We then enjoyed ourselves listening to a Huntsville band called 5x5, that plays mostly 90’s music. In the 90s, even though we lived almost in the heart of grunge (Portland, OR), we were listening to Celine Dion and Sting in that era. We totally laugh at ourselves!

They were extremely good and get this…There's a chance one or more of the guys are literal rocket scientists. The guy on the drums was wearing a NASA t-shirt. I kept thinking, “wow, he is really using his gifts. God must love this!”
